The issue has been fully resolved. API response times have returned to normal levels. The cause was identified as a database query optimization issue which has been fixed.
We've implemented a fix and are monitoring the system. API response times are improving but we're continuing to watch for any further issues.
We've identified the cause of the delays and are working on a solution. Some API requests may experience longer than normal response times.
We're investigating reports of intermittent delays in API responses affecting reporting functionality.
